Can I purchase tickets for friends?
Yes. Each ticket will be separate.
What if my ticket showed already scanned/not valid?
All QR codes are unique. Do not share your ticket information. The event list is updated live. If your ticket has issues scanning, provide your ID to check against the event list. The Event Promoter and Advanced Axcess is not responsible for duplicate tickets. Once a ticket has been used you will be refused entry. Please contact our Support team with any issues support@aaxcess.com
What do I do if I purchased the wrong ticket?
We don’t provide refunds, exchanges or upgrades to an order. Please contact our team at refund@aaxcess.com for more information
How do I print my attendee list?
You can find your attendee list within manage event and to find it follow these steps.
1. Click on event center under the main menu
2. Find the event you are interested in and select manage
3. Choose ticket performance from the options presented
4. Open detail information on the ticket
6. Download your attendee list as a pdf
Is your site secure?
Ensuring that you are secured from the time you land on any one of our pages to the time you is in fact one of our highest priorities. Our site is secured with an SSL certificate which is represented by the closed lock you see in your browser. The more technical explanation goes like this.
SSL serves as a solution for layered data security between application protocols (such as HTTP, Telnet, and FTP) and TCP/IP. It is based on public key cryptography, and enables data encryption, server authentication, data integrity, and optional client authentication for TCP/IP connections.
In other words, everything you do on our website is encrypted and your information is safe from hackers. We also go a step further and ensured that no critical data is stored in plain text and that NO credit-card information are stored on any of our servers.
When do I get paid for my event
For everyone’s protection, we pay you 3 (three) business days after your event for which funds have been received. Payment dates are listed for each event on each ticket you create. Funds are sent directly to the bank account you provided or via cheque.
The event has been cancelled what do I do
Once the organizer has confirmed the event has been canceled, then in line with our terms and conditions you are entitled to a full refund. In the event this was to happen, please reach out to us at refund@aaxcess.com so that we can initiate your refund back to the debit or credit card you used.
How do I create an event
We have made creating your event super easy. Once you have signed up for an account, simply click on the create event link. Once you have submitted your event, our team will review the listing to be sure it complies with our Guidelines and your event is made live within 24 Hours.
How long does refund takes?
We submit any refund to your bank immediately. However, it may take anywhere up to ten business days forbank to process the refund and for the funds to be returned to the account.
In some cases – usually where a refund has been issues in quick succession after the original charge – the refund request may go through in the form of a reversal. In this case, the original payment will simply ‘drop off’ your statement, rather than an additional line item appearing.
If after ten days you still have not seen the original charge being reversed or refunded, we’d recommend you contact your bank directly to ensure that this is resolved.
Where do I find my tickets
After you ordered or registered for an event your tickets can be found in two places.
1. At the email address you used during checkout
2. Under My Tickets section from within your account
I haven’t received my tickets
The electronic version of the tickets you bought or registered for will be always sent to the email you entered during the checkout process. It is therefore important that you always double-check that you have entered the correct email before finalizing your order. If you are sure that you have entered your email address correctly, please wait at least 20min for your ticket to arrive in your inbox. In 99% of the cases, the email should appear almost instantly so be sure to check your email spam folder as well.
Your tickets are also stored under my ‘My Tickets’ section within your account so you can also go there to obtain a copy.

How do I get a refund on Advanced Axcess?
The event promoter sets their own refund policies. However, if the organizer has confirmed the event has been canceled and refunds are being issued, all refunds will be done automatically using the same payment method used for purchase. If the event is postponed, the Event Promoter and Advanced Axcess’s team will contact you with the new date and time.
Event Management has the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder for any reason at their discretion, also the venue or performers are subject to change without notice. Any unfulfilled promises by the event organizer and all the above mentioned are not grounds for a refund.

Can I use Advanced Axcess for free events?
Yes, it is totally OK to use us to post your free events. In fact, free event listings come in two types. You can either request that attendees register to attend your events or if capacity is not an issue, choose to not require this.
